Digital Products At EasyPDFReads, our products are entirely digital. Due to the digital, instant-download nature of our catalog, we do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges once a purchase has been completed and the download link has been provided. All sales are considered final.

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree that you are purchasing a digital product that cannot be returned.

UK and EU Consumers (Right of Withdrawal) If you are a consumer based in the United Kingdom or the European Union, you normally have the right to cancel a contract within 14 days without giving any reason. However, this right of withdrawal does not apply to the supply of digital content that is not supplied on a tangible medium. By agreeing to our Terms of Service and downloading your purchased digital files immediately, you expressly consent to the immediate performance of the contract and acknowledge that you will lose your right of withdrawal once the download or streaming of the digital content has begun.

Technical Issues and Damaged Files We stand by the quality of our products. If you experience technical difficulties downloading your file, or if the file appears to be corrupted, please do not file a dispute with your payment provider. Instead, contact us immediately. We will gladly manually issue a replacement file to ensure you receive the product you paid for.

Duplicate Purchases If you accidentally purchase the exact same digital guide more than once, please contact our support team within 48 hours with your order numbers. We will review the transaction and, upon verification, issue a refund for the duplicate charge.
